-A digital image can be on a disk, memory card, or sent electronically.

-A non-digital image is one that must be scanned by us. These can include regular photos and negative.

-A damagedl image is one that needs extensive touch-ups. Examples.

-Video clips must be under 5 minutes long and on a disk..

-Pictures recieved after we have started working on your slideshow are considered late.

-Your purchase will come with one free copy. This includes a widescreen and a standard DVD.

-A normal order will take 14 days plus shipping times. A rush order will be completed in 7 days plus shipping times.

-If you don't send us the song then we have to purchase it and it is considerd unowned.

-Requested copies of your slideshow after we have sent out the original are considerd late.
